AT TULSA - A four-year letterwinner.

SENIOR (2010-11) - Participated in seven regattas . . . posted a fourth-place finish in the Open Lightweight 1x Petite Final at the Head of the Oklahoma . . . turned in a fifth-place performance in a time of 21:03.7 in the Lightweight 1x at the Head of the Hooch . . . raced the Lightweight 4+ to a gold-medal finish at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship . . . captured a sixth-place finish in the Lightweight 4+ at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association Lightweight National Championship.

JUNIOR (2009-10) - Participated in seven regattas . . . at the Boot of the Oklahoma, helped the Collegiate 8+ finish third overall and then capture a gold medal in the Grand Final Sprints . . . at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship, assisted the Varsity 4+ to a second-place mark . . . helped the Varsity 4+ post a first-place finish in the `C' Final at the Central South and Conference USA Championship . . . earned a gold medal in the Collegiate 1x and a bronze medal in the Collegiate 2x at the USRowing Championship.

SOPHOMORE (2008-09) - Rowed in all eight regular-season regattas . . . captured a gold medal in the Open 4+ `A' at the Head of the Oklahoma . . . helped the Championship 4+ record a 14th-place finish at the Head of the Charles . . . at the Wichita Frostbite, claimed gold medals in the Open 2x and Varsity 4+ . . . in the Varsity 8+, earned a gold medal at the Lawless Cup and Midwest Intercollegiate Rowing Championship.

FRESHMAN (2007-08) - Participated in seven regattas . . . in the Novice 4+, recorded top marks at the Head of the Oklahoma, Wichita Frostbite Regatta, Lawless Cup, Knecht Cup, Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship, Midwest Intercollegiate Rowing Championship and Dad Vail Regatta.

PRIOR TO TULSA - Was a three-year letterwinner on the rowing team at Stanton College Prep . . . as a senior, earned the Jacksonville City Championship in the Single, Double and Varsity 4+, and a Florida State Championship in the Varsity 4+ . . . also picked up a gold medal in the Double at the Southeast Regionals . . . finished in fourth-place in the Senior 4+ at the SRA Nationals and in the Double at the US Rowing Nationals . . . as a junior, earned the Jacksonville City Championship in the Single, Varsity 4+ and Varsity 8+ . . . earned a gold medal at the FSRA States in the Single and Varsity 4+, and the Championship 4+ at the Southeast Regionals . . . finished second in the Senior 4+ at the SRA Nationals in 2006 . . . at the US Rowing Youth Nationals, earned a ninth-place mark in the Youth 4+.

PERSONAL - A deaf education major . . . born December 12, 1988 . . . one of two children of Steve and Carla Horne . . . was named to the Tulsa Dean's List as a freshman and to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll as a sophomore . . . was selected as C-USA All-Academic Honoree as a freshman and sophomore.
