Since the opening of the Donald W. Reynolds Center in 1998, Tulsa’s athletic facilities have undergone a major facelift. New facilities include the Michael D. Case Tennis Center, the Collins Family Softball Complex, the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium, the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest, the Jack Zink Indoor Rowing Center, the Case Athletic Complex and major renovation to H.A. Chapman Stadium.
TU is 75th among national doctoral universities in U. S. News & World Report's 2012 edition of America's Best Colleges. TU's 2011 freshman class had a mean cumulative grade point average of 3.8, and 74 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Their average ACT was 28.

SENIOR (2011-12) - Participated in seven regattas . . . was selected to the All-Conference USA team . . . named to TU's Ultimate Team . . . raced the Collegiate 4+ `A' and Collegiate 8+ `A' to fourth-place finishes in the 500-Meter Grand Final Sprints at the Head of the Oklahoma . . . recorded a third-place time in the Championship 4+ at the Head of the Hooch . . . assisted the Varsity 8+ to wins over Kansas, Kansas State and Central Oklahoma at the Oklahoma Invitational . . . at the San Diego Crew Classic, raced the Varsity 8+ to a fifth-place Grand Final finish . . . helped Tulsa capture the Lawless Cup with a top mark in the Varsity 8+ . . . at the C-USA Championship, earned a fifth-place Grand Final finish in the Varsity 8+.
JUNIOR (2010-11) - Participated in 10 regattas . . . was selected as TU's Co-Rower of the Year . . . helped the Collegiate 8+ post a sixth-place time of 1:41.50 in the Grand Final Sprints at the Head of the Oklahoma . . . in the Open 8+, recorded a third-place mark at the Head of the Hooch . . . posted second-place finishes in the Varsity 8+ Grand Final at both the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship and the San Diego Crew Classic . . . at the Conference USA Championship, registered a fifth-place mark in the Varsity 8+ Grand Final.
SOPHOMORE (2009-10) - Participated in nine regattas . . . raced the Collegiate 4+ to a second-place finish and then turned in a top time in the Grand Final Sprints at the Boot of the Oklahoma . . . also at the Boot of the Oklahoma, helped the Collegiate 8+ finish third overall and then capture a gold medal finish in the Grand Final Sprints . . . raced the Open 8+ to a bronze medal at the Head of the Hooch . . . helped post a sixth-place mark in the Varsity 8+ at the San Diego Crew Classic . . . at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship, assisted the Varsity 8+ to a fifth-place Grand Final finish . . . posted a top mark in the Varsity 8+ to earn the Lawless Cup trophy . . . recorded a second-place finish in the Collegiate 4- and Collegiate 8+ at the USRowing Championship.
FRESHMAN (2008-09) - Rowed in eight regattas . . . placed 14th in the Championship 4+ at the Head of the Charles . . . at the Wichita Frostbite, claimed a gold medal in the Novice 4+ and Novice 8+ . . . posted first-place marks in both the Varsity 4+ `B' and Varsity 8+ at the Lawless Cup . . . clinched the gold medal with a top time in the Varsity 8+ at the Midwest Intercollegiate Rowing Championship . . . assisted the Varsity 8+ to a fourth-place performance at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships.
PRIOR TO TULSA - Was a four-year letterwinner in rowing and earned three letters in cross country at Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School . . . also rowed for four years with the Hudson River Rowing Association . . . placed fourth at the 2008 New York State Championships in the Senior 4+ . . . claimed an 18th-place mark in the Senior 4+ at the Scholastic Nationals . . . at the Canadian Henley Regatta, registered a fifth-place semifinal finish in the Junior 4+ . . . was named to the Poughkeepsie Journal All-Star Team, and received the Scott Sanford Award for Rowing from FDRHS as a senior . . . served as the team captain during her senior season . . . claimed first-place finishes in the Senior 4+ and Senior 8+ at the Triangulars Race and Hudson River Challenge as a junior . . . her Senior 8+ was selected as the Boat of the Year by the Poughkeepsie Journal as a sophomore.
PERSONAL - An elementary education major . . . born September 25, 1990 . . . daughter of David Tillou and Susan Cecchini . . . was named to the Tulsa Athletic Director's Honor Roll as a freshman, sophomore and junior, and to the President's List as a senior . . . was tabbed to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll all four years . . . was named as a Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete as a junior and senior.
