FRESHMAN (2002) — Started 18 of 19 games and turned in one of the best seasons in school history by a freshman . . . registered 11 goals and three assists for 25 points . . . her 25 points was the ninth-best point total in a single season and the second most by a freshman . . . her 11 goals tied her for seventh place for goals in one season . . . led the team in both goals and scoring and tied for second in assists . . . a first team all-WAC selection . . . became just the second freshman in school history to be named to the all-conference first team . . . named to the NSCAA Central Region Third Team . . . selected to the Soccer Buzz Central Region All-Freshman Team . . . twice named the WAC Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 30; Oct. 21) . . . became the first freshman to earn the weekly WAC award twice in one season . . . selected as the team’s Offensive Player of the Year . . . named to the Golden Hurricane Classic all-tournament squad . . . tied a school record with three hat tricks in a single season with three goals each against Arkansas-Little Rock, Drury and Rice . . . recorded game-winning goals against Drury and Rice . . . registered one goal and one assist for three points vs. Arkansas . . . her assist against Arkansas came on Julie Twellman’s game-winning goal . . . also picked up the assist on Twellman’s game-winning goal against Fresno State . . . named TU’s “Player of the Game” against Arkansas-Little Rock, Drury and Rice.
