Jordan O'Brien and Camille Pelley each tallied a goal to give Tulsa a 2-0 win over cross-town rival Oral Roberts on Friday night at the Case Soccer Complex on the ORU campus. TU moved to 4-1 on the season, while ORU fell to 2-1 overall.

O'Brien put the Golden Hurricane on the board at the 32:16 mark as she scored off a through ball from Alexa Sidorakis from 10 yards out. Tulsa held onto the advantage and took a 1-0 lead into the break.

Pelley gave TU a two-goal cushion in the 60th minute off a pass put in front of the net by Roman Edwards for the final score.

Tulsa had a narrow 12-11 advantage in shots, including a 5-1 lead in shots on goal, and both teams had six corner kicks in the contest.

O'Brien and Nikki Pokipala each had two shots, while eight others attempted one shot. Hayley Harryman logged all 90 minutes in goal and picked up one save for her third shutout on the year.

Tulsa will return to action on Friday, Sept. 13th when Tulsa hosts Arkansas State beginning at 7:30 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.
