Baton Rouge, La. - Following cancellation of Saturday play due to heavy rain and poor field conditions, the 2001 LSU Purple and Gold Challenge schedule has been revised for Sunday play.

If weather situations and field situations cooperate, play will resume at noon on Sunday with Southern Miss and Tulsa. The eighth ranked Tigers will face No. 21 Southern Miss at 2 p.m. LSU will then play Tulsa at 4 p.m.

The schedule is tentative and subject to change pending weather and field conditions.
