Today "Hurricane Spotlight" features Tulsa softball senior outfielder Caitlin Everett. This special feature of "Hurricane Spotlight" will run throughout the academic year.

Everett is a native of Forney, Texas, and has started all 210 career games in center field. She already holds the Tulsa career hits, stolen bases and triples records. This season, she is hitting .365 with 37 runs scored, a .399 slugging percentage and a .401 on-base percentage with 18 stolen bases.

 

 

The Golden Hurricane plays host to UAB this weekend in a matchup of two teams tied for first place in Conference USA. The three-game series starts Saturday with a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m., and concludes Sunday with a single game at noon.
