TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa senior Aimee Creger was named the Conference USA Pitcher of the Week for the sixth time this season after striking out 20 batters in 12.0 innings and throwing a no-hitter last week, the league office announced Monday.

The Yukon, Okla., native tossed a pair of shutouts, including her seventh career no-hitter. She allowed no runs and just three hits to pace the Golden Hurricane to a road win at Oklahoma State and a series sweep of Middle Tennessee.

Creger struck out 11 batters in a three-hitter to shut down Oklahoma State in a 1-0 victory on Wednesday. She came back Saturday to pitch her third no-no of the season, striking out nine batters in a five-inning 8-0 win over Middle Tennessee in the series opener.

This is the 14th career Conference USA Pitcher of the Week award for the senior.

The No. 15 Golden Hurricane (45-5, 18-2 C-USA) plays host to Oklahoma State at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Collins Family Softball Complex.
