Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's women's tennis team moved up two spots in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) team rankings from No. 40 to No. 38. The men's team ranking remained unchanged at No. 23. Both Golden Hurricane squads are the highest ranked Conference USA teams. The next team ranking and individual rankings will be released on March 4.

Both teams will be action this weekend. On Thursday, February 28, the men's team hosts the No. 47 Oklahoma Sooners at 5 p.m. at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. The women's team will play its first match on road, when it travels to Wichita, Kan. to face Middle Tennessee State and No. 47 Wichita State. The Middle Tennessee State match will be Saturday, March 1, while the Wichita State match is Sunday, March 2 at noon.
