TULSA, Okla. - Junior Samantha Vickers jumped four spots up to No. 18 in this week's ITA Rankings, the organization announced today.

Vickers is the third player in school history to be ranked in the top-20 in singles play, as Anousjka van Exel was ranked in the top-20 in the 1999 spring campaign, and Alicia Pillay was ranked in the top-20 during the 2003 spring season.

Vickers and sophomore Isaura Enrique are also ranked No. 18 in doubles, after being ranked No. 19 in the last edition of the rankings.

As a team, the Golden Hurricane fell one spot to No. 26 after earning victories against Louisville and Houston last weekend. Tulsa will face UT-Arlington on Friday in a 4 p.m. tilt at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. TU will conclude the regular season on Sunday, April 14 as it welcomes No. 28 Memphis into town for a 12 p.m. match.
