Baylor Head Coach Joey Scrivano
On the match...
"This is something we have been planning for the whole year, actually the last six years. It's just great that we were able to beat such a good opponent like Stanford. I am really proud of the way my team played today, but we still have a lot of work to do. We're not here to make the final four, we're here to win the championship."

Baylor Player Zuzana Zemenova
On your win over No. 3 Hilary Barte ...
"Well, it was really hard, it was a tough match. I knew I had to fight because I knew my team needed me. I think the thing for me was in the first-set when I was down 4-3 and 40-love and I came back and it was 4-all. Then I just knew I had to fight for every single point like it is last point and I did it. In the second-set, I challenged myself and I came back and won."

Stanford Head Coach Lela Forood
Give us your thoughts on the match...
"It was a tough match. We got outplayed today. They came back in the doubles and that was pretty inspiring, obviously, for them. They were good today."

Did the experience of Baylor's Zuzana Zemenova play a factor in the win over Hilary Barte at No. 1...
"I don't know if it was that. I wouldn't chalk it up to that. There were a lot of things going on in that match, but I'm not sure the experience factor was the deciding one. Zuzana played well, and Hilary had some issues."
