TULSA, Okla. - The University of Tulsa volleyball team swept the visiting UTEP Miners by scores of 25-15, 25-19 and 25-18 Sunday afternoon at Donald W. Reynolds Center.

The Golden Hurricane (27-5, 18-1 C-USA) celebrated its Senior Day prior to the match, honoring outside hitter Kelsey Hancock and defensive specialist Stephanie Heim.

Hancock ended the day with four kills and two digs with a .400 hitting percentage. Heim saw action late in the third set.

The Conference USA Champions also celebrated their second-straight league crown following the victory over the Miners (19-13, 9-10 C-USA). Tulsa won its 14th-straight match, and 12 of those matches were 3-0 decisions.

"This was another solid match by the girls where he hit over .300. Our offense is really clicking right now," Tulsa head coach Steven McRoberts said. "This was a solid way for us to end the home portion of our conference schedule. We're looking forward to having a good week of practice and hopefully taking some momentum into the NCAA Tournament."

Junior outside hitter Tyler Henderson led the way with a match-high 17 kills. She also recorded just two errors and hit .625 for the match. Sophomore outside hitter Kellie Culbertson fell one dig shy of a double-double, recording 11 kills and nine digs.

Junior libero Jessica Adams recorded 18 digs, and junior outside hitter Diana Silva added 14 digs and seven kills.

Junior setter Jordan Clampitt led TU with 28 assists, while adding eight digs. Freshman setter Bailey Clampitt added 16 assists and five digs.

TU recorded a .309 hitting percentage and held the Miners to just a .121 hitting percentage for the match.

Jeane Horton led UTEP with 10 kills, and Malia Patterson had a double-double with 24 assists and 13 digs. Marie-Therese Joyce and Stephanie Figueroa both tallied 11 digs.

The Golden Hurricane will close out the regular season in Dallas, as the team will travel to SMU for a 2 p.m. meeting with the Mustangs Nov. 26.
