Clampitt Earns Third Straight C-USA Honor

TULSA, Okla. - Sophomore Jordan Clampitt averaged 13.33 assists pet set to lead The University of Tulsa volleyball team to two league wins over the weekend and earn her third straight Conference USA Setter of the Week honor, the league office announced Monday.
Clampitt, a native of Plano, Texas, led the Golden Hurricane offense to a .309 attack percentage, the team's highest hitting efficiency over a weekend since the second week of the season.
She totaled 80 assists in the two three-set sweeps, and added nine digs and a pair each of kills and aces. Friday at Southern Miss, Clampitt tallied 37 assists and six digs, and Sunday against Tulane, she recorded 43 assists, with three digs and a kill.
The Golden Hurricane (13-2, 4-0 C-USA) travels to Dallas Wednesday to face SMU (12-3, 4-0 C-USA) in a battle of C-USA unbeatens at 7 p.m. TU returns home this weekend to play host to UAB Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m.
