Mason Behiel

Mason Behiel joined the Tulsa Football staff as the General Manger in December 2024.
In his role at Tulsa, Behiel is responsible for all aspects of roster management and player acquisition and retention, along with overseeing the recruiting department efforts.
Before coming to TU, he was named the Assistant AD for Football in February 2024 at Fresno State and oversaw the recruiting and player personnel departments, as well as managed the roster.
During the 2024 season, he led the NIL efforts and was the liaison to the Bulldog Bread Collecitve.
He spent the 2023 season as the Bulldogs’ Director of Player Personnel where he oversaw all aspects of player personnel and recruiting as the Director of Player Personnel.
In 2023 he hired and managed all personnel and recruiting staff at Fresno State.
Behiel joined the Bulldogs’ staff from Columbia, where he served the same role since June 2022.
Prior to his role at Columbia, Behiel served as a player personnel/recruiting assistant at Ole Miss from 2020-22.
While there, he managed offensive personnel operations within the recruiting department.
He also served as a student player personnel/recruiting intern in 2020.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada in 2020.
